1. Product declaration
InEx is a software application for recording and reviewing personal or household income and expenses. It is developed and operated by RohitWebCo.
By using InEx, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the service described below.
2. What InEx provides
InEx helps you:
- Log income, expenses, and related categories.
- Track bank accounts and payment methods within plan limits.
- View dashboards and reports based on data you enter.
- Optionally use modules such as credit cards, recurring rules, investments, and loans on eligible plans.
- Manage a subscription trial and paid plan upgrades where offered.
3. What InEx is not
InEx is not:
- A bank, NBFC, payment wallet, or remittance service.
- A licensed investment advisor, tax consultant, CA firm, or legal advisor.
- A guarantee of financial outcomes, savings, or investment returns.
- A substitute for official bank statements, GST returns, or statutory filings.
- A real-time UPI or card payment network—UPI/card labels in InEx are for your bookkeeping only unless a separate payment gateway checkout is used for subscriptions.
4. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for decisions you make using InEx reports, and for complying with tax and legal obligations in your jurisdiction.
You should verify critical figures against your bank, card issuer, or professional advisors before acting.
5. Pricing & taxes
Plan prices may differ by region (for example INR in India and USD outside India). Applicable taxes such as GST may be charged on Indian payments as configured in our billing settings. Displayed list prices may exclude tax until checkout or payment recording.
6. Availability
We strive for reliable uptime but do not declare uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect access.
7. Intellectual property
InEx name, design, and software remain the property of RohitWebCo. No ownership transfer is implied by creating an account or paying for a plan.
